GERMANTOWN FARMER’S MARKET (Saturdays @ 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Join the library at the Germantown Farmer’s Market this summer from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  We will have a variety of different activities each week including kid’s crafts, bubbles, chalk, giant games, character visits, and books for sale as well as information about library programs and services.

Join us from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. for stories, bubbles, chalk, and meet & greet with Disney princesses on the library’s outdoor patio.  We will have 2-3 different princesses on each day. In case of inclement weather program will be held in the storytime room.

Join Master Lee from J. K. Lee in Germantown for Tae Kwon Do demonstrations, activities, raffles, and free fruit smoothies.  All ages welcome!

Take your locker from drab to fab with locker bling, photo collages, magnets and more.  Bring your own pictures, all other supplies will be provided.  Geared for students in grades 6-12.  Registration is required by calling the library at (262) 253-7760.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover: Space Edition

Sessions held: 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.

Join us for a special storytime and craft with a stuffed animal.  Afterwards, your stuffed animals will stay overnight at the library.  We will document their sleepover adventures on social media and our website and children will receive a postcard.  They may even take a trip to outer space!!  Families can pick up their stuffed animals on Saturday, August 17 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or Monday, August 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. This event is designed for ages 3-8, but all ages are welcome to attend.
