Join the library at the Germantown Farmer’s Market. We will have a variety of different activities each week including kid’s crafts, games, and books for sale as well as information about library programs and services.
Following their first overseas tour performing at concert halls in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Kassel and in venues on the Rhine and the Schlitz River, the Ancora String Quartet is returning in September to perform the same program in concert venues in Wisconsin. They are bringing with them mezzo-soprano Melinda Paulsen, who serves on the voice faculty at the Musikhochschule in Frankfurt. The program will include classical music by German and American composers, a Q&A session afterwards, and a chance for audience member in interact with and ask questions of the individual performers. Refreshments provided.
Feel free to drop in anytime during the event. All ages are welcome – we will have a variety of projects available for all skill levels. All supplies provided.
