She brings ideas and inspiration for a better and healthier way of life in mind, body, and spirit.  Susan Pokorny has been a trainer for over 30 years in the wellness industry and has certifications in Trauma Sensitive Holy Yoga, Thai Bodywork, Pilates and Aromatherapy.  She is also the author of the book “Two Inches of Wool: The Simple Art of Self-Care.”
