SUMMER PARTY (MOVED TO LIBRARY) (Saturday, June 15 @ 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.)

UPDATEDue to the weather, we have decided to move the Summer Reading Kick-Off Party to the Germantown Community Library.  We will still have all of the fun activities planned, but this will give us more flexibility if it rains.  We appreciate your understanding and hope to see you on Saturday!

Located at Fireman’s Park in Germantown.  Find out what is happening at your library this summer and enjoy a Princess Storytime (1:30 – 2:15), music by Randy Peterson (2:00 – 2:45), Life-sized games, crafts, facepaint, bouncy houses and more!  All ages are welcome.


SPACE EXPLORATORY DROP-IN ACTIVITIES (Monday, June 24 @ 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.)

Drop in and join us for a variety of space activities.  Activities are geared for ages 5-11, but all ages are welcome.


FAMILY FUN @ HORICON MARSH (Saturday, June 29 @ 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Join other library patrons from Dodge, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, and Washington County libraries for a day on the marsh!  This fun-filled event, held rain or shine, is FREE and for all ages.  Family Fun @ Horicon Marsh offers many indoor and outdoor activities such as wildlife walks, archery, dip netting, face painting, a photo booth, crafts for kids, and more.  You are welcome to pack a picnic lunch.  Food and water will also be available for purchase.  Located at: Horicon Marsh Education Center (N7725 State Rd 28, Horicon, WI 53032)


(NEW) PRINCESSES ON THE PATIO (Saturdays @ 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.)

Join us from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. for stories, bubbles, chalk, and meet & greet with Disney princesses on the library’s outdoor patio.  We will have 2-3 different princesses on each day. In case of inclement weather program will be held in the storytime room.

STEAM IN SPACE DROP-IN ACTIVITIES (Monday, July 22 @ 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.)

Join us as we explore space through a variety of science, technology, engineering, art, and math activities.  Activities are geared for ages 5-11, but all ages are welcome.


DIY CAR & DRIVE-IN MOVIE (Saturday, July 27 @ 10:30 a.m.)

Bring in a cardboard box to create your own car and then watch Pixar’s movie Cars.  The program is designed for ages 3-8, but all ages are welcome to attend.  Free popcorn will be provided.


STUFFED ANIMAL SLEEPOVER: SPACE EDITION (Friday, August 16 @ 10:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.)

Join us for a special storytime and craft with a stuffed animal.  Afterwards, your stuffed animals will stay overnight at the library.  We will document their sleepover adventures on social media and our website and children will receive a postcard.  They may even take a trip to outer space!!  Families can pick up their stuffed animals on Saturday, August 17 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or Monday, August 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. This event is designed for ages 3-8, but all ages are welcome to attend.


EARLY LITERACY PARTY (Saturday, September 21)

Save the date for our Early Literacy Party!  Activities are geared for ages 0-5, but all ages are welcome.
