There will be a description of stocks and bonds and the advantages and drawbacks of investing in each and their value over time. Introduction to Metal Detecting with Keith Tabor (Tuesday, May 22 @ 6:30 p.m.)
Learn about the science and hobby of metal detecting, followed by a hands-on experience. Metal detecting allows you to become a scientist in the field as you hunt for coins or artifacts. A fun activity for all ages! Pre-registration preferred, but not required to attend this program.
CLASSICAL MUSIC CONVERSATIONS WITH RALPH SIMONEAU
Join retired music teacher and classical music enthusiast Ralph Simoneau for lively discussions of classical music composers and their music. Listen to sonatas, symphonies, concertos, canons, and more with a whole new appreciation. We will listen to classical music and enjoy refreshments for an hour.

We will have staff available to answer questions about searching the catalog and databases, downloading ebooks, eaudiobooks & emagazines, free online courses, signing up for a library card & more! This is a great chance to see what the library has to offer. We will also have sign-up for the Summer Reading Program and a list of summer program dates available. The program will conclude with a performance by the Germantown Community Band Dixielanders at 6:00 p.m. with refreshments to follow.
