    Target Audience: Adults with early stage dementia, mild memory loss or mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and a family member or care partner

    Held the 3rd Monday of each month @ 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. on a rotating basis with Menomonee Falls, Germantown, Brookfield, and Elm Grove libraries.

    First time attendees should contact the Alzheimer’s Association for more information or RSVP for the next Memory Café at 800-272-3900.

    Tablet Tuesdays is a monthly class covering various useful skills for using iPads hosted by one of our Washington County libraries each month.  Sign-up is required as space is limited.  Please call the library where each session is being held to sign up.

    Introduction to Metal Detecting with Keith Tabor.  Learn about the science and hobby of metal detecting, followed by a hands-on experience. Metal detecting allows you to become a scientist in the field as you hunt for coins or artifacts. A fun activity for all ages! Pre-registration preferred, but not required to attend this program.

    The Mystery/Thriller Book Group generally meets the 4th Thursday of each month from 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. in the library’s large meeting room.  Join us for some interesting reading and lively conversation.  No registration is required. All are welcome!  Free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate provided by the Friends of the Germantown Community Library!
